Strong academic background

MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in a second language or the willingness to learn
- Internationally mobile
- Cross-culturally aware and adaptable, ideally with previous experience living or working outside your home country
- Excellent project management skills and proven ability to take initiative
- Proven financial acumen combined with practical business experience
- Flexibility to adapt to new situations and environments
